Manuscript Editing for Asia Pacific Journal of Management Articles
Since 1983, the Asia Pacific Journal of Management has published management and organizational research on the Asia Pacific region, centered on what makes organizations succeed. Its core fields include entrepreneurship, human resource management, and international business. Springer publishes it for the Asia Academy of Management, and its editor-in-chief is at the University of Sydney.
Original papers run no more than 10,000 words, counting footnotes, references, tables, and figures. Citations use Springer's APA-based author-date format, with APA 7 rules for listing authors. Footnotes are numbered consecutively and may not consist of a citation alone. The abstract runs 150 to 250 words, with four to six keywords. Review is double-blind, so identifying details come out of every file. Springer's language editing is optional and does not affect acceptance. Off the Grid Editing keeps the paper within the limit and checks each reference. Submissions go through Editorial Manager.

Manuscript Editing and Proofreading for the Asia Pacific Journal of Management
We offer three levels of manuscript editing depending on what your manuscript needs. Each is described below so you can choose the service that fits where your draft is right now.
Grammar and usage, awkward phrasing, repetition, and passive voice corrected, then clarity, concision, sentence structure, transitions, and tone, with your style manual applied throughout and a final proofread. For authors whose argument and structure are settled.
Clarity, emphasis, and paragraph structure: topic sentences, transitions, and sentences reordered within a paragraph, with every fact and claim kept as you wrote it. Includes copy editing and a final proofread.
Spelling, punctuation, typos, capitalization, grammar, and usage corrected with minimal wording changes, for manuscripts that have been edited and need a last check before submission to Asia Pacific Journal of Management.
Springer's submission guidelines cover length, references, and anonymity. If you have reviewer comments from an earlier submission, send them with your manuscript and we will address each one. If you have questions about which service is right for your manuscript, contact us directly. We respond to every inquiry the same day during business hours.
See journal article and essay editing for how we edit scholarly articles, and academic proofreading for the last read before submission. If English is your second language, see English language editing for researchers. For books, see Springer Nature manuscript editing. We also prepare articles for Management International Review and the International Journal of Emerging Markets.
