Manuscript Editing for Ethnic and Racial Studies Journal Articles

Order Manuscript Editing Ethnic and Racial Studies is an interdisciplinary international forum for research on race, racism, ethnicity, migration, and ethno-nationalism. Taylor & Francis publishes it under the Routledge imprint. It welcomes empirical and theoretical work from sociology, anthropology, political science, history, and other fields, and it particularly encourages scholars in the Global South.

A standard article runs no more than 9,000 words, including references and printed appendices. At first submission, references may follow any consistent author-date style, and the journal applies its Chicago author-date style after acceptance; footnote and endnote referencing are not permitted. Spelling may be US or UK English if consistent, while punctuation follows UK style, with no serial comma. The abstract runs up to 200 words, with six keywords. Review is double-anonymised by two or more referees. Off the Grid Editing converts note-based citations to author-date before you submit. Submissions go through ScholarOne.

Manuscript Line Editing

Clarity, emphasis, and paragraph structure: topic sentences, transitions, and sentences reordered within a paragraph, with every fact and claim kept as you wrote it. Includes copy editing and a final proofread.
