Clarity, emphasis, and paragraph structure: topic sentences, transitions, and sentences reordered within a paragraph, with every fact and claim kept as you wrote it. Includes copy editing and a final proofread.

Manuscript Proofreading

Spelling, punctuation, typos, capitalization, grammar, and usage corrected with minimal wording changes, for manuscripts that have been edited and need a last check before submission to Oxford University Press.

Oxford Proposals and Author Guidelines

If you have received author guidelines from your acquisitions editor, send them with your manuscript and we will apply them throughout. If you are submitting a proposal before contract, we prepare your sample chapters and proposal document to OUP's general submission standards. OUP's author pages describe how to submit a proposal.
