Manuscript Editing for Environment and Planning D: Society and Space Journal Articles
Environment and Planning D: Society and Space is an international, interdisciplinary journal of record. It seeks work that develops new conceptual vocabularies rooted in the practices and geographies of struggle. Sage publishes it bimonthly; the journal's companion website closed in 2025.
Original manuscripts run 7,000 to 10,000 words, counting the abstract, tables, figures, and references, with each figure counted as 250 to 500 words. References follow Sage Harvard style. A structured abstract of no more than 200 words follows the title, with at least three keywords. Review is double-anonymized, with two independent reviews needed for a decision. Authors wanting help with English are pointed to Sage's own services. Off the Grid Editing applies Sage Harvard and counts figures toward the limit. Submissions go through Sage Track.
